AlchemyXXII Class Expectations

AlchemyXXII Class Expectations

A Sacred Container for Your Work

AlchemyXXII classes are intentionally crafted spaces for deep learning, healing, and self-awareness.
To protect the energy of our classroom and honor the work of every participant, we ask all attendees to review the expectations below.

These expectations are rooted in respect, accountability, and energetic integrity.
This is not a space for bypassing, chaos, or unprocessed projection.
This is a container for people actively engaging their healing ... and we protect it fiercely.

Entry + Check-In

• All classes must be paid in advance to reserve your spot
• Every attendee is required to check in at the door before entering the classroom
• We do not accept walk-ins unless explicitly stated for a specific class

This ensures we can prepare materials, maintain safety, and hold the container with intention.

Energy + Presence

• This is a space for individuals actively engaging their healing
• Shadow work is not optional... it’s the foundation of this community
• Please arrive grounded, present, and ready to participate

We maintain an energetically aligned environment for everyone doing real inner work.

Respect for the Space

• No talking over others
• No monopolizing the teacher’s time
• No emotional dumping
• No entitlement or projection of unprocessed energy
• Disruptive behavior will result in being asked to step out

We honor each voice and each soul equally. There is no hierarchy of importance here.

Consent + Boundaries

• Your story — and others’ stories — stays in the room
• Do not touch others or their tools without permission
• Give peers space to share without interruption

This ensures emotional safety and grounded participation for everyone.

Add-Ons + Materials

• Add-ons (birth charts, worksheets, spell components, etc.) must be paid for in advance
• Failure to pay for an add-on means it will not be prepared

This allows our teachers to prepare your materials with accuracy, intention, and care.

Why These Expectations Exist

These expectations are not rules for the sake of rules.
They exist to protect a container meant for people doing real healing — with accountability, intention, and integrity.

We are grateful for every student who shows up with openness and willingness to grow.

Thank you for honoring this space.
Thank you for honoring each other.
Thank you for honoring yourself.

A home for depth, courage, and real magick.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I’m running late?

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to settle into the space. If you arrive late, you may be asked to wait until a natural break in the class so the teacher can maintain the flow and energetic container. Repeated lateness may result in being denied entry.

Can I bring a friend?

Only if your friend has paid in advance. Unregistered guests will not be permitted to enter the classroom, and payment must be completed before arrival.

Do you offer refunds or transfers?

Class purchases are nonrefundable. However, if you contact us 24+ hours before class, you may request to transfer your spot to another scheduled class if space allows.

Can I record the class or take photos?

Not unless the teacher gives explicit permission. Many classes include personal sharing and guided experiences that require privacy.

What if I have a question or need support during class?

You’re always welcome to ask clarifying questions. However, please keep personal processing for after class or during 1:1 sessions. This helps us maintain group flow and prevents emotional dumping.

Can I purchase add-ons during class?

Add-ons must be purchased in advance so they can be prepared intentionally. Same-day add-on purchases are not guaranteed.

What if I’m asked to step out due to disruptive behavior?

We will always approach you with kindness and clarity. Removal is never punishment — it’s protection of the class container. Refunds will not be provided if you are asked to leave.

How can I book a private session if I want deeper support?

Visit the Services page on our site or ask the teacher after class. We’re honored to offer deeper 1:1 work when you feel ready.
