General Policies:
By booking a service, class, ritual, or rental with AlchemyXXII, you agree to our shop policies, outlined below. These are in place to protect your time, our time, and the energetic integrity of the work.
Payments & Deposits:
• All services require full payment or a deposit at booking.
• Deposits are nonrefundable.
• Payment plans are available for select courses.
• Store credit may be issued at The Alchemist’s discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• Readings: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• Classes + Workshops: Nonrefundable; you may transfer your ticket to another attendee.
• Space Rentals: Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior; deposits are nonrefundable.
Late Arrivals:
Session times cannot be extended for late arrivals. If you’re more than 10 minutes late for a reading, the session may need to be rescheduled.
No-Show Policy:
No-shows forfeit the full amount of the service.
Energy & Conduct:
AlchemyXXII is an inclusive and safe spiritual space. We reserve the right to remove anyone who behaves aggressively, disruptively, or violates the safety of the community.
Products:
No refunds on any magickal, herbal, or custom-made products. Spellwork, readings, and related items cannot be guaranteed for specific outcomes.
