SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Many of our items are handcrafted or ritually prepared, so we ask for a bit of grace while we prepare your magickal tools with care.

Shipping Method
We ship via USPS with tracking provided. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most packages arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Little Rock storefront during open hours. Select “Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready.

Lost or Stolen Packages
AlchemyXXII is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery. If you need help filing a claim with USPS, we're happy to assist.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY

Due to the spiritual and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

This includes spell kits, ritual oils, teas, and readings. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is an error with your order (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

If something arrives broken or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@alchemyxxii.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

Readings + Services:
No refunds on completed readings, consultations, or spellwork. If you need to reschedule a service, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
